BinaryCoin (BIC) launched December 24, 2013 — a Litecoin fork with Scrypt, 15-second blocks, and 84,096,000 max supply. 9 blocks premined as test. The thread filled with premine accusations. Then Dogecoin posted: "it should be named fork coin."
Same numbers. Same cadence. Hold more, earn more. The name Doge chose.

BinaryCoin launched with 84,096,000 max coins and 15-second blocks. ForkCoin inherits the same cap — starting from 42.09M tokens, mining new FORK to holders every 15 seconds based on their share of the supply.
